What area do you cover?

We cover all of Dublin city and suburbs but if you have an order above € 70 and are outside this area just call us- we may be able to accommodate you. Our prices are the same but discounts generally don't apply to orders from outside Dublin

Can specific appointment times be arranged?

Yes, we can usually accommodate a specified appointment time. We pride ourselves on punctuality. In the unlikely event that we are delayed we will ALWAYS call to let you know.

Do you deliver furniture?

At present we do not deliver but we can recommend a reliable delivery person.

Will you move the furniture?

Afraid not. We can't move any furniture either before or after assembly. You should have the boxes in the room where the finished furniture is to stand. Clear an area in the room where you want the furniture to be assembled. Bear in mind that some wardrobes etc. need to be assembled on their back and so need much more room to assemble than the finished item.

Is the work guaranteed?

Yes, we stand over our work. If you have any problem with your furniture due to a mistake in assembly within 6 months we will return immediately to fix it at no cost.

What happens if parts are missing or damaged?

If there are parts missing or damaged we will let you know immediately. We will advise you exactly which parts are affected so that you can arrange for replacements with the supplier. Some work may have been completed before the problem is discovered. If so, you will only be charged a fair percentage of the original price.

Do you fix furniture to the wall?

If it is recommended by the manufacturer that the furniture is attached to the wall then we will do this and supply the fixings at no extra charge. We will always ask you before attaching any furniture to the wall.

Do you dispose of packaging?

No. We are not licenced to dispose of waste, however we will flatten boxes and put them outside for you to dispose of later. We will leave the work area as clean as we found it.

How and when do I pay?

You can pay by cash as soon as the job has been completed to your satisfaction. Alternatively you can pay by cheque with a valid guarantee card.

Do you assemble kitchens?

Yes, we can assemble your cabinets and timber worktop, including cutting in the sink and cooker etc. However we do not do any plumbing or electrical work so you need to arrange this seperatly. We can extract your old kitchen but you will need to arrange for removal.

Is Flatpack Unpack insured?

Yes, we are insured for public liability.
